Allison Curatolo

Allison Curatolo is the Wine Director at RPM Italian Las Vegas, a restaurant that is modern in approach and Italian in spirit. Curatolo is originally from Arizona, but came to Vegas by way of Chicago, where she spent a decade immersing herself in the food and beverage industry. In 2016, Curatolo joined the RPM team, where she rose through the ranks – first as a receiver and a sommelier, then being promoted to the Head Sommelier at RPM Italian Chicago.

It was during this time that she passed the Advanced Sommelier Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers. In 2022, Curatolo was promoted to Wine Director of the newly opening RPM Italian Las Vegas, where she curated an extensive wine program with over 1,000 unique selections. She continues to build the cellar with an eye towards intentional pairings that highlight the symbiotic relationship between the dish and the beverage – bringing out the best in both. When Curatolo isn’t at RPM Italian, she can be found spending time with her husband and young son.
